​Et forskningsprojekt for familier, hvor moderen har haft graviditetsdiabetes

Face-it er et forskningsprojekt målrettet familier, hvor moderen har haft graviditetsdiabetes. I samarbejde med en række af landets kommuner og hospitaler undersøger vi, om et skræddersyet efterfødselstilbud kan forbedre livskvalitet og sundhed for hele familien og mindske risikoen for at udvikle type 2 diabetes senere i livet.
