Line Lund Kårhus er læge fra Københavns Universitet (2012) og post.doc. Lines forskning fokuserer på cøliaki, og hendes aktuelle projektet er: Langtidskonsekvenser af udiagnosticeret cøliaki.

Line forsvarede sin ph.d: ”Screening for celiac disease in a general adult population” i december 2018.
