Forskningsområde

Jeg har stor erfaring med både forskning og praksis indenfor familieterapi, leg, bevægelse, mental sundhed og systemorienterede interventioner. Jeg finder mit arbejde meningsfuldt, når min forskning bidrager til at skabe og evidensbasere initiativer, der giver børn et mere trygt, gladere og sundere liv.


Min nuværende forskning fokuserer på børn, unge og familier, med særligt fokus på familieorienterede interventioner, tidlig forebyggelse og fremme af mental sundhed. Jeg specialiserer mig i at udvikle og evaluere indsatser gennem mixed methods-tilgange og har solid erfaring med randomiserede kontrollerede forsøg, feasibility-studier, realistisk evaluering og implementeringsforskning. Mit arbejde har til formål at styrke evidensbaserede tilgange til sundhedsfremme og forebyggelse for sårbare familier.
