Lise is a PhD student in a project called “Me & My Baby", funded by the Liljeborg Foundation. The project is divided into two sub-projects: one based at University College Copenhagen and the other at Center for Clinical Research and Prevention.

Lise's PhD project focuses on development and feasibility of an intervention for pregnant women and new mothers in psychological and/or socially vulnerable situations, aiming to improve maternal mental health and the parent-child relationship. The project is a collaboration between Center for Clinical Research and Prevention and the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital of Central and West Zealand. 

Lise is a qualified midwife (2005) and holds a master's degree in Educational Psychology from Aarhus University (2025). She has many years of clinical experience in caring for pregnant women and new mothers in psychological and socially vulnerable situations.
